博士以上学历，精通正极、负极、电解液等锂电池原材料研发工作。5年以上相关工作经验，有成功项目成果
工作职能：
负责正极材料研发工作
(2)新一代电池研发工程师5-10人
岗位要求：
博士以上学历，精通下一代锂电池技术路线及化学体系的设计研发工作。5年以上相关工作经验，有成功项目成果
工作职能：
负责下一代锂电池电芯研发工作
(3)电池系统开发工程师5-10人
岗位要求：
硕士以上学历，精通锂电池系统结构设计、电气设计、仿真设计等。5年以上相关工作经验，有成功项目成果
工作职能：
负责电池包系统设计开发工作
